TD Q International Dividend to trade on TSX Sept. 17

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that TD Q International Dividend ETF will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2026, for trading at the open on Sept. 17, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 40,000 units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol TQID, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 87252Y 10 7.

The TSX reports that the ETF is an open-end mutual fund formed as a trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to an amended, consolidated and restated declaration of trust dated July 21, 2026. The ETF seeks to earn income and generate moderate capital growth by using a quantitative approach to security selection to invest primarily in, or gain exposure to, dividend-paying equity securities and other income-producing instruments of issuers outside of Canada and the United States. It expects to pay cash distributions on its units, if any, on a monthly basis.

The ETF's manager and trustee is TD Asset Management Inc., its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. As stated in its simplified prospectus dated July 23, 2026, the ETF is issuing 40,000 units at $25 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering before the open on Sept. 17, 2026. The designated market-maker is TD Securities Inc.
