TRACTION URANIUM ANNOUNCES PARTIAL CONVERSION AND REPAYMENT OF UNSECURED CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES
Traction Uranium Corp. has partially converted and repaid the unsecured convertible debentures of the company in the aggregate amount of $450,000, out of the total principal amount of $500,000 (please see news release dated Jan. 16, 2026).
In accordance with the terms of the convertible debentures, the company issued an aggregate of 1,071,429 units of the company at a conversion price of 42 cents per unit. Each unit is composed of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price equal to 55 cents for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
All securities issued are subject to a statutory and Canadian Securities Exchange four-month-and-one-day hold period.
