TRIBE PROPERTY TECHNOLOGIES COMPLETES OPERATIONAL INTEGRATION OF MERITUS GROUP MANAGEMENT, EXPANDING CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT SCALE ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO

Tribe Property Technologies Inc. has completed the operational integration of Meritus Group Management Inc., acquired by the company in December, 2023.

• The company now serves more than 70 condominium buildings and 5,400 condo units across Central and Southwestern Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, under the Tribe brand.
• The Meritus business is now fully operating within the Tribe platform, including its people, processes, reporting, financial and operational controls, infrastructure, and service standards.

With the integration now complete, the former Meritus business is fully operating within Tribe's national operating platform, creating greater consistency across the combined portfolio and providing a stronger foundation for continued growth in the region.

One hundred per cent of the former Meritus condominium portfolio has been onboarded to Tribe's proprietary Tribe Home platform, supporting a range of services that include condominium management operations, 24-hour emergency management, financial reporting and governance tools, resident communication, corporation document libraries, board voting, and a trackable resident customer ticket portal. Meritus's e-mail and internal business systems have also been transitioned onto Tribe's infrastructure, supporting consistent internal processes, reporting and operational controls across the Ontario condominium business.

The completion of the Meritus integration advances Tribe's broader strategy of building operating scale through the acquisition and integration of property management businesses in Canada's fragmented property management market. With the Meritus business now fully integrated into Tribe's operating platform, the company has strengthened its condominium management capabilities and geographic reach across central and Southwestern Ontario.

As of Sept. 1, 2026, the business operates as Tribe Management from Tribe's North York and Cambridge, Ont., offices, with condominium management operations serving communities across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding markets. The Ontario condominium portfolio now comprises more than 70 buildings and 5,400 units.
