RED LIGHT HOLLAND CELEBRATES ITS THIRD LISTING ANNIVERSARY ON THE CSE BY CONDUCTING A LIVE Q&A ON MAY 26, 2023 AT 1PM ET HOSTED BY CEO TODD SHAPIRO

Red Light Holland Corp. will conduct a live question-and-answer with chief executive officer and director Todd Shapiro, chief technology and innovation officer Sarah Hashkes, chief medical officer Ridley Doolittle, and chief financial officer David Ascott on May 26, 2023, falling on the three-year anniversary of the company being approved to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, at 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

A message from Mr. Shapiro, CEO and director:

"Three years! I remember when they told me we wouldn't last three months! We last reported $19.7-million in the bank and total assets of $30.5-million. Our early concept has clearly become a much more robust business and we've grown immensely from those early days. Red Light Holland has been prudent with its cash, whereas some of our peers and competitors have come and gone or are currently running out of cash, while in my opinion we still have lots to look forward to.

"In these tough markets where cash is king, Red Light Holland is operating from a point of strength. Our strong cash position gives us optionality, as we focus on growing our current operations, we can also potentially grow even further via M&A and accretion. Most importantly, we are sticking to a careful plan. One that is focused on a path to profitability with our portfolio companies as we patiently await further opportunities in hopeful emerging markets where psilocybin regulations are being considered. In the meantime, we've evolved into an everything mushroom company and we are confident in our overall strategy.

"We also continue to build strong brand recognition as we remain hopeful that worldwide acceptance of a natural product from the ground will become more and more accepted to contribute to positive change. We, the people's company, won't stop in our mission to free the magic.
