ATORO CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES $190,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Atoro Capital Corp. has arranged a private placement offering of up to 3.8 million units of the company at a price of five cents per share for gross proceeds of up to $190,000. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant exercisable to acquire an additional common share at a price of 12 cents per share for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

Net proceeds of the offering will be used for general working capital. The company may pay finders' fees on all or part of the offering. Closing of the offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

All securities issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period under Canadian securities laws and the policies of the TSX-V, as applicable.
