TERRAVEST ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF COLTER ENERGY

TerraVest Industries Inc. has, through one of its subsidiaries, acquired the Canadian assets of Colter Energy LP.

Based in Alberta, Canada, Colter provides flowback and production testing equipment and services to the Canadian energy industry.

The acquisition was financed utilizing cash on hand and a new credit facility.
