TERRAVEST ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF B&R REPAIR INC.

TerraVest Industries Inc. has acquired the assets of B&R Repair Inc.

Founded in 1987, B&R Repair, with its three locations in Illinois, Pennsylvania and Indiana, provides service work to the transportation market in the Chicagoland area. The company has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer commitment.

The acquisition was financed utilizing cash on hand and TerraVest's existing credit facilities.
