TERRAVEST ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF JET PEINTURE

TerraVest Industries Inc. has, through one of its subsidiaries, acquired Jet Peinture Plus Inc.

Based in Quebec, Canada, Jet Peinture specialized in propane tank refurbishment and tank recertification.

The acquisition was financed utilizing cash on hand and TerraVest's existing credit facilities.
