The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Sprott Physical Uranium Trust will list additional units on the TSX. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated Jan. 3, 2024, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 3, 2024, the trust is issuing to the public up to $1-billion (U.S.) of units pursuant to the at-the-market (ATM) distribution procedures as defined by National Instrument 44-102, Shelf Distributions.
According to the TSX, the ATM sales will be
made directly on the TSX or any other existing
trading market in Canada during the period commencing Jan. 3, 2024, and ending upon the earlier of the distribution of all units
or the termination of the amended and restated sales agreement
dated Aug. 16, 2021, as amended and restated on Sept. 13, 2021, as further amended on Nov. 22, 2021, and as
further amended on Sept. 8, 2023. As a result of the ATM
procedures, prices may vary as between purchasers and during the
period of distribution.
