GLOBAL UAV ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

Andrew Male has resigned as a director of Global UAV Technologies Ltd., effective Oct. 9, 2025. The company has appointed Ron Schmitz as a director of the company, effective Oct. 9, 2025.

Mr. Schmitz is the principal and president of ASI Accounting Services Inc., which has provided administrative, accounting and office services to public and private companies since July, 1995. Mr. Schmitz has been a director or chief financial officer of numerous public companies since 1997 and currently holds those roles with several public companies.
