ULTROBOTIX ANNOUNCES REFILING OF JUNE 30, 2026 MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS

Rosh Haayin, Israel, October 9, 2026 -Ultrobotix Ltd. (CSE: UBTX) (the "Company") is announcing that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, we are issuing the following press release to clarify our disclosures in the June 30, 2026 MD&A. the amended MD&A is available on Ultrobotix's SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.

The refiled MD&A includes additional disclosure regarding the agreement with AIBotics, the new activities involving the robots and the AI agent and disclosures such as: summary of outstanding share data, use of proceeds and more details for the quarterly information section.
