2026 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

At Northern Uranium Corp.'s 2026 annual and special meeting of shareholders held earlier today, Vincent Teo, Aaron Triplett and Georgia Knight were re-elected as directors. Mr. Teo is the president, chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the company. Shareholders approved the reappointment of Davidson & Company LLP, chartered professional accountants, as the company's auditor and reapproved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan. The company's stock option plan remains subject to final acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
