VANTEX RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND DIRECTOR

Vantex Resources Ltd.'s Quinn Field-Dyte has resigned as chief financial officer and as a director of the company, effective Aug. 28, 2026. The company further announces the appointment of Usama Chaudhry as chief financial officer and the appointment of Depesh Narotam as a director of the company, effective the same date.

Mr. Narotam has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. He has developed considerable expertise in debt financing, delivering strategic lending solutions to a diverse client base.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Narotam has developed a comprehensive understanding of various sectors, specifically the real estate lending landscape, where he has been responsible for market expansion and strategic partnerships for those that have benefited from enhanced market presence and long-term performance.
