VEXT ANNOUNCES REVISED DATE FOR Q4 AND FISCAL 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS RELEASE

Further to its previous disclosure regarding the timing of its fourth quarter and full-year 2025 financial results release and conference call, Vext Science Inc. now expects to release its financial results for the period ended Dec. 31, 2025, before market open on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
