VEXT PROVIDES UPDATE ON JACKSON, OHIO DISPENSARY

In connection with the matter related to Vext Science Inc.'s Herbal Wellness Center dispensary in Jackson, Ohio, the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control has authorized the removal of all sale restrictions on the company's Vapen-branded product lines.

On Sept. 8, 2026, the DCC placed the company's Vapen products on administrative hold based on two reported adverse health events. Based on testing data and analysis, the DCC released the product hold on Oct. 14, 2026. Vapen products are being restocked across the company's Ohio dispensaries and are again available to wholesale customers. The company co-operated fully with the DCC throughout the process, including by providing product samples for independent testing.

All of the company's Ohio retail locations are fully open, and all product lines authorized for sale in Ohio are fully available.
