VITALHUB ANNOUNCES EXPANSION OF AI CAPABILITIES WITH LAUNCH OF AI SCRIBE

Vitalhub Corp. has launched Vitalhub AI Scribe, an ambient clinical intelligence (ACI) solution that captures conversations, identifies clinically relevant information and automatically generates documentation, including case notes, transcriptions, client summaries and patient summaries. By transforming conversations into structured documentation, AI Scribe helps health and human services professionals spend more time with patients and clients and less time completing paperwork. AI Scribe is going to be offered in Vitalhub's CaseWorks and Treat solutions.

Designed to scale across the Vitalhub portfolio, AI Scribe brings practical AI (artificial intelligence) capabilities directly into existing solutions. As a natively embedded module, the solution integrates seamlessly into the workflows organizations already rely on, enabling adoption without additional systems, interfaces or disruption to daily operations.

Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington (CMHA WW) became the first organization to deploy Vitalhub AI Scribe through the CaseWorks case management solution. Beginning with its intake teams, CMHA WW will benefit from AI-assisted documentation to improve efficiency, staff productivity and client service delivery.

CaseWorks and Treat collectively support an initial serviceable market of approximately 22,000 practitioners. This expansion demonstrates the portability of Vitalhub's AI capabilities across its product portfolio and provides a repeatable model for delivering new functionality through the software environments customers and practitioners already use.
