VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final June, 2026, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed in the attached table, which trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on June 19, 2026, will receive cash distributions payable on June 26, 2026.

Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in the attached table.
