VIP ENTERTAINMENT TECHNOLOGIES INC. ANNOUNCES GLOBAL PUBLISHING AGREEMENT AND PLATFORM RENEWAL FOR "ALCHEMIST REPUBLIC"

VIP Entertainment Technologies Inc. has made two key developments regarding its digital content platform, Alchemist Republic.

Global publishing agreement

VIP has secured global operating and service rights for Alchemist Republic. The company hold global rights for platform operations, publishing and service management, while overseeing content sourcing in partnership with Korean game development studios and across the broader Asian market. Under the commercial terms of the arrangement, the company will be entitled to receive 80 per cent of revenues generated through the platform, with the remaining 20 per cent allocated to the related party platform provider, reflecting its role in platform contribution and support. This partnership represents a significant step in VIP's platform expansion strategy and its Web 3-based global game distribution framework.

This agreement involves a related party transaction, conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Platform renewal initiative

The company also announces that it has commenced a comprehensive platform renewal of Alchemist Republic, targeting grand opening in the second half of 2026. The renewal initiative is expected to include enhancements such as a new UI/UX framework, integration of Web 3 wallet functionality and improvements to the platform's cross-platform service architecture. VIP will lead launch operations and service management across North America and other global markets.

The company views this platform renewal as a key phase in its strategy to expand into a Web 3-enabled global entertainment platform.

The completion of the transactions remains subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
