VITALIST ANNOUNCES NOTICE OF MEETING & RECORD DATE

Vitalist Inc. will hold its annual and special meeting of shareholders at 10 a.m. MT on Sept. 29, 2026, in person at 2100 Livingston Pl., 222 3 Ave. SW, Calgary, Alta., T2P 0B4, for the following purposes:

1. To receive the financial statements of the corporation for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the report of the auditor thereon;
2. To fix the number of directors of the corporation for the ensuing year at six;
3. To elect directors of the company for the ensuing year;
4. To appoint Davidson & Company LLP as the company's auditor for the ensuing year and to authorize the directors of the company to fix the auditor's remuneration;
5. Reapproving the amended and restated 2024 omnibus equity incentive plan;
6. Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

The record date for determining shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting is Aug. 12, 2026. The notice of meeting and record date is available under the company's profile on SEDAR+.
