VPN TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER

VPN Technologies Inc.'s cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission and Ontario Securities Commission on Nov. 3, 2021, has been revoked effective June 15, 2022.

The cease trade order was issued by the BCSC and OSC for failure by the company to file its annual audited financial statements, annual management discussion and analysis, and certifications of annual filings for the year ended June 30, 2021.

The company filed its annual filings on SEDAR on March 23, 2022.
