VERTIQAL STUDIOS ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL MEETING

Vertiqal Studios Corp. has released the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on July 29, 2026. At the meeting, shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions brought before the meeting. Details of all resolutions that were voted upon are set out in the management information circular dated June 24, 2026. Election of directors

At the meeting, based on proxies received, shareholders approved and elected all of the board of director nominees listed in the management information circular. Results of the votes were as follows.

Appointment of auditor

At the meeting, based on proxies received and votes calculated by ballot, shareholders approved the appointment of the company's auditor MNP LLP. The results of the votes were as follows.
