Name change

Pursuant to a resolution passed by the directors of the company on Jan. 23, 2026, the company has changed from V Ten Capital Corp. to V Ten Metals Corp. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, the common shares of V Ten Metals will commence trading on the exchange and the common shares of V Ten Capital will be delisted. The company is classified as a copper, nickel, lead and zinc ore mining company (NAICS No. 21223).

Postconsolidation capitalization:  unlimited shares with no par value, of which 25,515,339 shares are issued and outstanding
