VALDOR ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF DEBT SETTLEMENT

Valdor Technology International Inc. has closed its previously announced debt settlement agreement to settle an outstanding debt owed to an arm's-length creditor totalling $80,000.

Pursuant to the settlement agreement, the company has agreed to issue an aggregate of 80,000 common shares in the capital of the company at a deemed price of $1 per common share. The common shares issued pursuant to the settlement agreement will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period, pursuant to National Instrument 45-106 (Prospectus Exemptions).

The board of directors of the company determined that it was in the best interests of the company to complete the debt settlement to preserve the company's cash for working capital.
