VANITY ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Vanity Capital Inc.'s William Howald has resigned as a director of the company.

Mr. Howald has been a director of Vanity since March of 2014.

Nicolas Segounis, chief executive officer of Vanity, stated: "The board of directors and I would like to thank Mr. Howald for his services as a member of the board of directors of Vanity. We wish him the best in his future endeavours."

The company has not appointed a replacement director at this time and will consider the composition of the board going forward.
