WAVERLEY PHARMA ANNOUNCES CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CHANGE

Waverley Pharma Inc.'s Haaris Uddin is resigning from his role as chief financial officer of the company effective July 24, 2026, in order to pursue a professional opportunity outside the pharmaceutical industry.

James Kinley, who is a currently a director of the company, has been named interim CFO and will assume the duties of Mr. Uddin upon his departure. Mr. Kinley is a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA) and an experienced CFO in the life science industry.
