World Blockchain Corp. Announces Correction to Previously Private Placement Announced Financing

VANCOUVER, B.C. June 3, 2026 - World Blockchain Corp. (the "Company" or "WBG") (CSE: WBG) wishes to clarify and correct certain information contained in its news release dated May 28, 2026 announcing a proposed non-brokered private placement financing.

The Company advises that the subscription price disclosed in the May 28, 2026 news release was incorrect. The correct subscription price is $0.016 per common share, not $0.16 per common share.

Accordingly, the Company intends to undertake a private placement financing (the "Financing") to raise gross proceeds of up to $300,000 through the issuance of up to 18,750,000 common shares at a price of $0.016 per share. The closing shall occur on a date to be determined by the Company in its sole discretion.

All securities issued in connection with the Financing are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after the closing of the Financing. Completion of the Financing remains subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.

The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Financing towards general working capital and to explore business opportunities.

Except as expressly set forth herein, all other information contained in the Company's May 28, 2026 news release remains unchanged.
