World Blockchain Corp. Announces Adoption of Semi-Annual Reporting

VANCOUVER, B.C. June 26, 2026 - World Blockchain Corp. (the "Company" or "WBG") (CSE: WBG) wishes to announce that it has elected to adopt semi-annual financial reporting pursuant to Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers ("CBO 51-933").

The Company confirms that it meets the eligibility requirements under CBO 51-933, and has therefore elected to transition from quarterly financial reporting to semi-annual financial reporting.

The Company's audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026, together with the related management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A"), were filed on May 22, 2026.

As a result of its election under CBO 51-933, the Company will not be required to file interim financial statements and MD&A for the three-month period ended April 30, 2026, or the nine-month period ended October 31, 2026. Instead, the Company intends to file interim financial statements and MD&A for the six-month period ending July 31, 2026, in accordance with the requirements of CBO 51-933.

The Company will continue to file audited annual financial statements and annual MD&A in accordance with applicable securities legislation and will continue to disclose all material changes and significant developments affecting its business as required under applicable securities laws.

Management believes that the adoption of semi-annual reporting will reduce compliance and administrative costs while allowing the Company to focus resources on advancing its business objectives and creating long-term shareholder value.

In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the adoption of semi- annual reporting has been reviewed and approved by the Company's board of directors.
