WESTERN PACIFIC TRUST COMPANY ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF VICE-PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Western Pacific Trust Co. has appointed Catherine Schaeffer, currently serving as manager, plan administration, to the role of vice-president, operations, effective Jan. 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approval.

In this new capacity, Ms. Schaeffer will oversee the operational performance and develop continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. With a proven record in leadership, operational excellence and team development, she has been instrumental in driving key projects and strengthening organizational effectiveness in her current role.

Ms. Schaeffer brings 23 years of experience in increasingly senior positions with the company to the role and will play a key part in supporting the organization's long-term objectives.
