WINPAK'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2023 DIVIDEND

At a meeting on April 25, 2023, Winpak Ltd.'s board of directors declared a dividend of three cents per share. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 4, 2023.
