WINPAK'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2023 DIVIDEND

Winpak Ltd.'s board of directors has declared a dividend of three cents per share. The dividend is payable on Oct. 12, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 2, 2023.
