WINPAK'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2024 DIVIDEND

At a meeting on Aug. 9, 2024, Winpak Ltd. declared a dividend of five cents per share. The dividend is payable on Oct. 11, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 1, 2024.

The board of directors is committed to sustainable growth in the quarterly dividend, targeting the achievement of a payout ratio of approximately 10 per cent of net earnings attributable to equityholders of the company within the next five years.
