WINPAK'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER 2024 DIVIDEND

At a meeting on Dec. 12, 2024, Winpak Ltd.'s board of directors declared a dividend of five cents per share. The dividend is payable on Jan. 10, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 2, 2025.

The board of directors is committed to sustainable growth in the quarterly dividend, targeting the achievement of a payout ratio of approximately 10 per cent of net earnings attributable to equityholders of the company within the next five years.

Winpak manufactures and distributes high-quality packaging materials and related packaging machines. The company's products are used primarily for the protection of perishable foods and beverages and in health care applications.
