("Wangton" or the "Company") (NEX: WT.H), a capital pool company listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), is pleased to announce the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on November 8, 2023 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Shareholders of the Company voted in favor of management's director nominees; Moe Dilon, President, CEO, & Chairman, Cyrus Driver, Tag Gill, CFO, The Hon. Jerry Grafstein, Q.C. and Kyle Haddow; re-appointment of the auditors; and, the Company's new 10% "rolling" Share Option Plan Wangton Adopts New Stock Option Plan At the meeting held on November 8, 2023, the Shareholders ratified, confirmed and approved, subject to regulatory approval, the adoption of the Company's new 10% rolling Share Option Plan. On October 8, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the adoption of the 10% rolling Share Option Plan, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, to align with the current TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") policies on equity compensation plans adopted in November 2021. The new stock option plan will replace the Company's current Rolling Share Option Plan.
