CSE bulletin 2022-1205

Wellteq Digital Health Inc. has successfully completed its previously announced plan of arrangement with Advanced Human Imaging Ltd., whereby Advanced Human acquired all of the outstanding common shares of Wellteq Digital by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement.

In connection with the arrangement, the former shareholders of Wellteq Digital are entitled to receive one ordinary share of Advanced Human for every six Wellteq Digital shares previously held.

The common shares of Wellteq Digital will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange at the market close on Dec. 6, 2022.
