The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a mining claim purchase agreement dated Nov. 21, 2025, with arm's-length vendors, acquiring a 100-per-cent interest in and to seven mineral licences known as the Aurora project in Newfoundland.

Consideration:  $50,000 cash and 800,000 common shares
