The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a property sale agreement dated July 15, 2026, between Pirate Gold Corp. and an arm's-length vendor, whereby the company will buy a 100-per-cent interest a mineral licence, located in Newfoundland, to the company.
As consideration, the company will pay $20,000 in cash within five days of receiving regulatory approval and issue 150,000 common shares of the company to the vendor on the closing date. The vendor will retain a 1.0-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the property, of which the company retains the right to purchase one-half (a 0.5-per-cent royalty) for $1-million at any time prior to commercial production.
The transaction is arm's length in nature and no finders' fees are payable.
