YANGAROO ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CFO

Yangaroo Inc.'s Jeff Warner has resigned as the company's chief financial officer.

The company has initiated a search for Mr. Warner's successor and will make an announcement once a new CFO is appointed. In the interim, Yangaroo's experienced finance team will ensure continuity in financial management and operations.
