Wi2Wi Corp.'s 2023 annual meeting of shareholders will be held at Miller Thomson LLP, 40 King St. West, suite 5800, Toronto, Ont., Canada, M5H 3S1, on Aug. 21, 2023, at 12 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EST). The company also issued 1.7 million options to the members of its board of directors.
