WI2WI CORPORATION ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS (UNAUDITED)

Wi2Wi Corp. has released its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026.

First quarter financial highlights (reported in U.S. dollars):

• Revenue:
  • First quarter revenue of $1.78-million, a 15-per-cent increase over Q1 2025;
• Gross margin:
  • First quarter gross margin of 25 per cent, compared with 11 per cent in the prior year;
• Profitability and cash flow:
  • First quarter EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) profit of $122,000;
  • Cash on hand as of March 31, 2026, of $219,000;
  • Net cash provided by operations of $97,000;
  • First quarter net loss of $60,000;
  • Working capital of $2.45-million.
