ZOGLO'S ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF NAME

Zoglo's Incredible Food Corp. will change its name to Zoglo's Food Corp., effective Feb. 28, 2023. The new Cusip number will be 98979D102 and the new ISIN number will be CA98979D1024 under the new name of the company. The company's ticker symbol remains ZOG.

The company expects that the common shares of the company will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new name of the company on or after Feb. 28, 2023.
