(CSE: ZOG) (FSE: 7UT) ("Zoglo's" or the "Company"), a plant-based food company, is pleased to announce that the Company will change its name to Zoglo's Food Corp. effective February 28, 2023. The new CUSIP number will be 98979D102 and the new ISIN number will be CA98979D1024 under the new name of the Company. The Company's ticker symbol remains "ZOG". The Company expects that the common shares of the Company will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") under the new name of the Company on or after February 28, 2023.
