ODD BURGER ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF LETTER OF INTENT WITH ZOGLO'S FOOD CORP.

Further to Odd Burger Corp.'s press release dated April 26, 2023, Odd Burger's non-binding letter of intent with Zoglo's Food Corp. has been terminated in accordance with its terms.

The company continues to pursue other business opportunities and wishes Zoglo's Food success in its future operations and business objectives.
