ZOGLO'S CLARIFIES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

Further to Zoglo's Food Corp.'s news release dated June 5, 2023, Henry Ender did not resign and remains as a director of the company. Zoglo's is actively looking for candidates to fill the casual vacancies and will issue news releases when new directors and/or officers are appointed.
