An anonymous representative of Varshney Capital reports

Varshney Capital Corp. (VCC) of Suite 2050, 1055 West Georgia St., Vancouver, B.C., V6E 3P3, has filed an early warning report dated Aug. 11, 2023, advising of its holdings in Zoglo's Food Corp.

On July 27, 2023, VCC acquired ownership of 20 million common shares in the capital of the issuer, representing approximately 18.83 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis. The shares were acquired at a price of 0.02 cent per share for a total consideration of $4,000 pursuant to the terms and conditions of a share purchase agreement.

Prior to the acquisition, VCC did not own any shares. VCC does not have any plans or future intentions to acquire more shares.
