ZOGLO'S FOOD ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Zoglo's Food Corp. auditor SRCO Professional Corp. has resigned, effective Sept. 14, 2023. As of the date hereof, the company has not yet appointed a successor auditor and is working expeditiously to appoint a successor auditor.

SRCO's report on the consolidated financial statements of the company for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, did not express a modified opinion and SRCO has confirmed there have been no reportable events as defined in NI 52-102. Zoglo's is complying with the requirements of NI 51-102 in respect of SRCO's resignation and the change of auditor notice and SRCO's response are available on SEDAR.

The company will provide an update regarding the appointment of a successor auditor in a further news release.
