(CSE: ZOG) (FSE: 7UT) ("Zoglo's" or the "Company") announces the resignation of its auditor, SRCO Professional Corporation ("SRCO"), effective September 14, 2023. As of the date hereof, the Company has not yet appointed a successor auditor and is working expeditiously to appoint a successor auditor. SRCO's report on the consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2022 did not express a modified opinion and SRCO has confirmed there have been no "reportable events" as defined in NI 52-102. Zoglo's is complying with the requirements of NI 51-102 in respect of SRCO's resignation and the change of auditor notice and SRCO's response are available on SEDAR. The Company will provide an update regarding the appointment of a successor auditor in a further news release.
