ZOGLO'S ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

Peeyush Varshney and Mervyn Pinto have been appointed to the board of directors of Zoglo's Food Corp. In addition, Mr. Varshney has been appointed as chief executive officer and corporate secretary of the company and Hari Varshney has been appointed as chief financial officer of the company.
