Why is he not being charged by the legal system for threatening the witnesses? Is intimidating a witness with physical harm no longer a crime? Why no restitution?

There was no disclosure about the amount of money that Cerato pocketed from the "WhaleClub" scheme.
Why not?
The ASC did not disclose the dollar amount of "investors" losses. Why not?
