The diamond and specialty minerals stocks box score for Tuesday was a so-so 99-103-108 as the TSX Venture Exchange fell seven points to 568. Grenville Thomas and Ken Armstrong's North Arrow Minerals Inc. (NAR) lost one-half cent to 3.5 cents on 29,000 shares. The company has had a change in the boardroom, as Mr. Thomas, the company's founder, has relinquished his role as chairman. (DIAM: $0.09), was proclaimed as North Arrow's new chairman late last week, one day before Star Diamond anointed Ewan Mason, its interim head for the past year, to be its full president and CEO. (Ms. Thomas appeared suited for the Star Diamond job, as her career has focused on diamonds since she began working for her father's Aber Diamond Corp. at Diavik in the early 1990s as a field geologist.)
