Wes Roberts's -- at least for now -- Golden Share Resources Corp. (GSH: $0.04) is plodding toward another outside date for completing its reverse takeover of Brazil-based Lipari Diamond Mines Ltd. Golden Share's stock has been halted since early in 2023 when the acquisition was first revealed.
